The cleaning staff did a great job keeping our apartment super clean, and the rooms were big! i especially enjoyed the quick, comfy transportation from the resort to the town. the staff was super friendly, especially lucadia, bruno, juana, and jessica. They really helped.
the patio was never cleaned during our entire stay, and it really needed it because of the birds. there was also no shade available and it was way too hot to sit and relax outside, unfortunately. my kids actually burned themselves on the patio table because it got so hot!

the resort features a mini market on-site, convenient for basic needs, and i found the shop lady to be very nice. there are also plenty of areas to sit and relax while enjoying fresh air. transportation to town is both quick and comfortable.

the food was AMAZING!!! there were so many choices, and everything was served hot and fresh which is rare. there are many areas to sit, relax, and take in the fresh air while enjoying meals. the service was very good too.

Our apartment was big and spacious, complete with a roomy living room. I loved it. the rooms were also clean and functional, so we didn't want for anything. the colorful buildings gave the whole place a beautiful and serene vibe.

the family bliss spa was amazing!!! my daughter really loved her facial and massage with baby oils. the fairy hands manicure was also a highlight for her.
the main pool area did not have enough sunbeds. i noticed people were putting towels down all day without showing up. i think a no reservation policy should be enforced by the staff.

I liked several aspects of my stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and cleaned daily by cleaning staff. I used the resort's spa facilities and found them very revitalizing. The free shuttle into town was convenient.
My bed was a little too hard, I would have preferred something softer.

the TWO-bedroom apartment WAS spacious and WELL-equipped.
THE sun loungers were ALWAYS reserved by 8am. This MADE it difficult to ENJOY the pool AREA. Our AIR conditioning was NOISY. It LEAKED water CONTINUOUSLY. i REPORTED these issues, but NO action was TAKEN .
